No.
Your word is all we need!
We have no minimum commitment and service can begin or discontinue
at any time at the customer's request.
What area's
does Poop Patrol cover?
We patrol Bay Park, Del Mar, La Jolla, Scrips Ranch, Carmel
Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, Mission Hills, Northpark, Sorrento
Valley, Mission Valley, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, Old Town,
Linda Vista, Clairmont and Coronado.
For services outside these areas
please call or e-mail for availability in your area.
What if my Dog stays in the yard during service? Is
that OK?
Sure. We love
friendly dogs. However if your four legged friend is a little
unfriendly to strangers, please make sure he or she is inside
or tied up during your requested service times. If we are
unable to get inside your yard for cleaning you will still
be charged for a visit due to transportation and time costs.
Is a one time service available?
Sure. Please
review our pricing page for current one-time prices based
on # of dogs.
Is my Personal Data safe with you?
We treat your information as if it were our own. We
NEVER sell or share anything about you.
What if I want to skip a day or go on vacation?
Please call us 24 hours
in advance of your requested time off.
There will be no charge with prior notice.
When do I pay Poop Patrol?
For a first time visit with accumulation, or a one time visit,
payment is due once we have completed clean-up that day. For
those with regular service, we have an online payment service
for your convenience which accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

What
if I don’t get a statement?
If you don’t receive your statement by the 21st
please contact us immediately. We will be happy to fax/mail/e-mail
you a new statement. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected
invoices.
We
will mail you a statement on the 15th of
each month. This statement is a bill for your next month's
service. Your statement lists the services you will receive
and the amount due. Payment is always due on the 1st of each
month. If you can't mail your check by the (1st) please include
a $10.00 late fee. If we don't receive payment including the
late fee by the 10th we will be forced to suspend service
until payment is made. All returned checks will be assessed
a $20.00 returned check fee.
